How often is this page updated?

Continuously — the feed pulls directly from the MLS® system, so new Regina listings appear as they come to market, sorted newest first. Checking once a day is enough to see essentially everything new.

How do I hear about new listings before other buyers?

Set up a Home Finder alert so matches hit your inbox the day they list, and work with an agent who knows your criteria — suitable new listings get flagged to active buyers immediately.

Why do Regina homes sell so fast right now?

Supply. Regina has been running well under two months of housing supply — far below balanced-market levels — while demand stays strong on population growth and affordability. When few homes are available and many buyers are ready, well-priced new listings move in days.

Should I really see a home the first day it lists?

If it genuinely fits your criteria, yes — early showings let you decide, inspect, and offer before weekend competition builds. Seeing it early never obligates you to move fast; it preserves the option.
