The team behind Regina's independent brokerage — experienced REALTORS® who answer their own phones, backed by a broker who reads every message.
Choosing among Regina's real estate agents comes down to one question: who actually does the work? At the big real estate companies, the name on the sign and the person handling your sale are often two different people. Optimum Realty runs the opposite model — an independent, locally owned brokerage where every client works directly with the REALTOR® they chose, every conversation can start with broker Aaron Habicht, and the flat-fee structure attracts experienced, producing agents rather than volume recruiters.
The proof is in what clients say: a 5.0-star rating across our Google reviews, earned one straight answer at a time. Meet the team below — or read how the brokerage works and start a conversation.
Tim Graham isn’t just a realtor—he’s a lifelong member of the agricultural community who understands the land from the ground up.
Raised on a mixed farm near Stoughton, Saskatchewan, Tim developed a deep respect for agriculture early on. Today, he continues to live that lifestyle on his own farm near Qu’Appelle, giving him real, day-to-day insight into the challenges and opportunities farmers, investors, and acreage buyers face.
With over a decade of experience in real estate, Tim has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in farmland, acreages, and rural properties. His approach is straightforward and informed—helping clients make confident decisions backed by real-world agricultural knowledge.
Before real estate, Tim built an extensive career in the ag industry. He spent 13 years with Proven Seed, working across production, marketing, and sales of pedigree seed. He later served as General Manager with HCI Ventures, an agricultural land investment company, where he evaluated land productivity, provided agronomic insight, and built strong, long-term relationships with tenants and landowners.
Tim’s education in agriculture from the University of Montana and Olds College further strengthens his ability to assess land value beyond the surface—understanding soil potential, yield capability, and long-term investment viability.
Today, Tim is licensed in residential, commercial, and farmland real estate, but his true focus remains agriculture. Whether working with seasoned producers, investors, or buyers seeking a rural lifestyle, Tim brings clarity, honesty, and strategy to every transaction.
His philosophy is simple: real estate—like farming—is built on trust, consistency, and relationships. No shortcuts. No pressure. Just solid advice and results.
Tim believes that a strong cup of coffee and a firm handshake is the key to Success!
