The Story
Optimum Realty Inc. was founded in Regina in 2018 by Aaron Habicht, a REALTOR® licensed and selling in this market full-time since 2004. After more than a decade inside traditional brokerages, the conclusion was simple: most of what clients pay for in a conventional office — the franchise fees, the head-office overhead, the building — adds nothing to how well their home is bought or sold. So Optimum was built without it.
We are not a franchise. There is no out-of-province playbook and no royalty flowing east. Optimum is a cloud-based, locally owned brokerage where the technology handles the paperwork and the people handle the people — which is how a deliberately small roster of experienced agents delivers full service at competitive, negotiable rates.

Aaron has spent his entire real estate career in Regina — over twenty years of listings, negotiations, and market cycles in this one city. That depth is the quiet advantage behind everything Optimum publishes and every deal it handles: when your broker has personally sold through every kind of Regina market, there are very few surprises left.
Unusually for a brokerage owner, Aaron remains hands-on: every client conversation can start with the broker, and every home evaluation is prepared personally — not delegated, not automated.

No. Optimum Realty Inc. is fully independent and locally owned, founded in Regina in 2018. There are no franchise fees or out-of-province head office — part of how we keep costs down while keeping service standards high.
Structure. As a cloud-based brokerage with no expensive office to feed, we can offer full service at negotiable, competitive rates — and because the roster is deliberately small and experienced, every transaction gets senior attention. It's also one of the few brokerages where conversations routinely start with the broker himself.
All of Regina — we maintain dedicated guides for every neighbourhood in the city — plus White City, Emerald Park, Pilot Butte, Balgonie, and Lumsden, along with area farms, acreages, and lake properties.
Like most brokerages, our rates are negotiable and depend on your situation and property. Our low-overhead structure gives us more flexibility on commission than most traditional offices — with full service either way: professional photography, MLS® exposure, marketing, negotiation, and transaction management.
