Land is the one property type where the purchase price is almost the whole story — but "almost" still deserves numbers, and that's how Yash starts every land conversation. The bigger cost is opportunity: money in bare land earns nothing until you build, sell, or rent it, so the parcel should fit a plan, not just a price.
