Residents of Creekside enjoy the best of the East End. The neighbourhood is directly adjacent to Parkridge Park, a massive green space that features a spray pad, playgrounds, and walking paths that connect the community.
For shopping, the location is unbeatable. You are just seconds away from Victoria Square Mall, Superstore, Costco, and virtually every major restaurant chain in the city, making errands incredibly convenient.
Real Estate Profile: Modern Family Homes
Creekside real estate features homes built mostly between 1995 and 2005. The architectural style typically includes stucco exteriors, vaulted ceilings, and open-concept layouts that are more modern than the older bungalows found in the nearby Glencairn area.
It is a small, exclusive pocket with very little “through traffic,” meaning the only cars on the street usually belong to the people who live there.

Creekside is a family-oriented area served by excellent schools in the adjacent Parkridge and Glencairn neighbourhoods:

Creekside is a “stable” market. Because the neighbourhood is small, listings don't come up as often as in larger areas like Glencairn. When a well-maintained 4-level split or bi-level hits the market here, it usually attracts strong interest from families who want the East End location but prefer a newer build than the surrounding 1970s areas.
Creekside: questions, answered
This is the most common question. Creekside is a 1990s neighbourhood located in the East End (near Parkridge), known for affordable family homes and bi-levels. The Creeks is a newer (post-2010), high-end luxury subdivision located further southeast near Chuka Boulevard. They are completely different areas with very different price points.
Creekside is an excellent “walk-to-school” location. The neighbourhood backs directly onto Parkridge Park, allowing students to walk to Henry Braun School (Public) and St. Theresa School (Catholic) without ever crossing a major street.
It is one of the best locations for workers at the Ross Industrial Park or the Refinery. Creekside is located just off Dewdney Avenue East and Tower Road, meaning you can bypass the heavy traffic on Victoria Avenue entirely and get to work in under 10 minutes.
