Maple Ridge — wide lots and mature streets in the Northwest.
Maple Ridge was designed with privacy in mind. There are very few “through streets,” meaning traffic is minimal. The neighbourhood is centered around Maple Ridge Park, which features a popular spray pad and ball diamond.
For shopping, residents are just a 2-minute drive from the Rochdale Crossing commercial hub, giving you easy access to grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants without the noise of living right next to them.
Real Estate Profile: The Bungalow Haven
Maple Ridge real estate is unique in the Northwest. While newer areas focus on 2-storey homes, Maple Ridge has a surprisingly high percentage of bungalows (approx. 1,200–1,400 sqft).

The wide lots also make it one of the easier Northwest neighbourhoods for RV parking or a serious backyard garden.
Very close, without the noise. The Rochdale Crossing commercial hub is a 2-minute drive, and the broader Rochdale Boulevard corridor — grocery stores, restaurants, banks, and the Northwest Leisure Centre — is only minutes further. Because Maple Ridge has few through streets, none of that commercial traffic passes your front door.
École St. Angela Merici (Catholic, French Immersion) is located right in the community, making it a strong draw for families seeking bilingual education. Public elementary students attend the nearby Plainsview School, and high school students are served by Winston Knoll Collegiate and Michael A. Riffel, both just south on Rochdale Boulevard.
